You will ensure all installations comply with industry standards and safety regulations. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation: Install EV charging points at residential, commercial, and public locations, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and local regulations. Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with installed charging points to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Testing & Commissioning: Conduct thorough testing and commissioning of new installations to verify proper functionality and safety. Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements, provide technical advice, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and safety checklists. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring safe working practices at all times. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve service quality.
