CLINICAL Care Home Managers, I've been in this care home and it's amazing but there's a few butsSo I ask you, how much does the size of your budget, salary, team, home and knowledge base matterQuite a lot, right So, if you were to consider a Home Management position in any home, you'd want to know:• Budget Conscientiously weighted & well managed, thanks to long-standing independent owners with little or no mortgage/lease BUT you've got a responsibility to uCLINICAL Care Home Managers, I've been in this care home and it's amazing but there's a few butsSo I ask you, how much does the size of your budget, salary, team, home and knowledge base matterQuite a lot, right So, if you were to consider a Home Management position in any home, you'd want to know:• Budget Conscientiously weighted & well managed, thanks to long-standing independent owners with little or no mortgage/lease BUT you've got a responsibility to use it wisely.• Salary Negotiable for the best people £65k-£75k depending on, experience, interview performance BUT you must be clinical.• Team CQC commended staffing levels, strong clinical staff bank, bolstered with overseas team members BUT you need to emulate that here, it's not the finished article.• Home Large multi-site nursing home, transitioning to end-of-life care and away from challenging behaviour BUT beds need to be SAFELY filled.• Knowledge base Exceptional, quality leadership, training team modern marketing, ex-CQC inspector etc There you have it.
