The Role: As an Assistant Parts Manager, you will support the Parts Manager in overseeing team operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient stock management. Duties: Assist in managing Parts Advisors and Delivery Drivers. Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure correct warehousing processes. Analyse Parts Reports and control department costs. Uphold housekeeping and health and safety standards. Collaborate on sales strategies and marketing activities. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry Excellent customer relations. Proficiency in report analysis and cost management. IT literacy; familiarity with Kerridge is beneficial. Shift: Monday - Friday: 7:45 am - 6:00 pm 1 in 3 Saturday: 8.30 a.m. - 1.00 pm Benefits: 30 days holiday plus birthday off. Healthcare cash plan.
