Electrical Maintenance RequiredLocation – Glasgow, G51 near Queen Elizabeth Hosp/Braehead Shopping CentreEnvironment – Commercial Building staticStandard Working - Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pmRate - £20.53ph PAYE or £24.00ph via umbrella no cis/ltdStarting – ASAPDuration – on-going temporary contractDuties may include but are not limited to:React to breakdown maintenance requests within the required SLA’sTechnical awareness of computer room/call centre/trader operations and experience of power, UPS, CPS, distribution, cooling etcRepairs to modular UPS systemsTest and diagnose power quality issues including harmonic distortion using onsite power analysersAble to apply a risk focused maintenance approach and operations of plant and systems in data centres/critical environmentsProvide emergency response standby, call outEscalate urgent issues identified through to the Technical Services ManagerRespond to work interruptions, outages or emergencies consistent with the SLAResponsibility for ensuring all critical related engineering maintenance documentation & records are kept updatedAdvise the Facilities Management Team of changes in critical environment requirementsMust be willing to work over & above contractual hours.Please send over an updated CV to be considered.Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices. 4RS is an equal opportunities employer.
