Contract: 3 months plus ongoing Pay: £16.26 an hour Location:Silvercourt,Brownhills,Walsall, WS86HA About the Role: This is a multifaceted role where you'll play a vital role in supporting families with children aged 0-19 who face complex challenges. You'll work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing a holistic approach to address these needs and prevent children from entering care.Your Responsibilities: Collaborate with social workers, teachers, and other professionals to develop and deliver evidence-based interventions.Assess family needs, identify risks and vulnerabilities, and make appropriate referrals.Work flexibly to meet the needs of families, offering individual or group support programs.Empower parents/carers and promote positive parenting practices.Contribute to safeguarding procedures and ensure the safety and well-being of children.Maintain accurate and confidential case records.Participate in team meetings and contribute to service development.Uphold Walsall Council's values of equality, diversity, and inclusion.
