Project Manager - eMAR Systems Development

Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee the development and enhancement of our Electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) system, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects in line with budgets. Bringing expertise in project management and ideally healthcare technology, you will oversee the entire development lifecycle, from conceptualisation to deployment. In this role, you will lead a critical project, reporting up to board level on progress and delivery in line with strategic goals. What you’ll do: Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for eMAR system development projects, from project planning to execution and delivery Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success Facilitate regular project meetings, providing clear communication and updates to all stakeholders Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure projects are delivered within scope and budget Maintain comprehensive project documentation and generate regular status reports What you’ll bring: Proven experience in project management, preferably within the healthcare SaaS industry An excellent track record of successfully managing software development projects, if you have experience of healthcare technology this would be a strong advantage Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) Solid financial acumen, with experience in budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyse root causes, and implement effective solutions Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and maintaining rigorous project documentation What we offer: We are an official Great Place to Work!
