Lawn Care Technician Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Location : East Goscote, North Leicestershire Salary: cA GBP 24,000 per annum (depending on experience), + Bonus and Commission Schemes (OTE A GBP 26,000 per annum) + Pension. Hours : 37.5 hours per week The Role GreenThumb has been making lawns look beautiful, lush and weed free for over 30 years. Due to further expansion, they have a great opportunity for a highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic individual who is either an experienced lawn care professional, landscaper or someone looking for a fresh, long term career opportunity in an outdoor environment. The role once trained, involves working mostly on your own. As such, they are looking for a highly trustworthy candidate to ensure all customers lawns treated are done to the highest standards possible. Key Responsibilities : * Carrying out lawn care services on customers premises using the GreenThumb method with approved machinery and materials* Organising and managing your daily work assignments and assisting colleagues with their own workloads when necessary* Ensuring accurate completion of the work along with the administration associated with the role.* Developing and managing their lawn services in North Leicestershire* Representing the companys high standards* Building strong relationships with their customers and internal team* Identifying any lawn issues and offering advice on any additional treatments which may be required. Skills and Qualifications * General physical fitness* Comfortable working outside across all seasons and in all weather.* Demonstrable experience of offering outstanding customer service* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.* The ability to multitask, prioritise workload, to work under pressure and to deadlines.* Full driving licence* A genuine desire to learn and can:do attitude essential.* PA1 and PA6 qualifications preferred but not essential as training will be given.* Living within a reasonable distance of their office in East Goscote.
