The Customer experience insights manager will be inquisitive, curious, collaborative and great at creating convincing stories. The CX Insights Manager role * Analyse customer complaints and experience* Own trust pilot, CACI, NPS/CSAT metrics* Analyse sales data and trends* Develop Power BI dashboards and reports* Perform A/B testing* Present to CX and sales director Key Skills * Past experience as data/business analyst* Power BI* SQL, excel and data visualisation* Degree level education in statistics, mathematics, CX or computer science is preferrable* Similar experience The Ideal CX insights Manager: * A genuinely curious person that loves data* Strong analytical and communication skills* Experience with market segmentation would be useful* Happy to be in office 3 days a week If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today or send your cv to Hayley
