My client is an established engineering manufacturing firm based in Birmingham and commutable from Birmingham, West Bromwich, Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton. They are currently looking for a skilled CNC Milling Programmer to join their team. The Role: CNC Milling Programmer- Set, operate and program CNC 4 and 5-axis Mazak Milling Machines- Online program editing and programming from scratch- Adjusting offsets and making adjustments within programs- Working on Mazatrol-based controls - Working from drawings- Quality control of components- Maintaining machinery, removing swarf and routine oiling/greasing etc- Carry out any other duties as required and deemed appropriate- Complies with all Company rules including all Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements Minimum Skills / Experience Required: CNC Milling Programmer- Experience of Setting, Operating and Programming CNC 4/5 axis Mazak Mills- CNC Miller on Mazatrol controls- CNC Programming experience essential- Experience with Precision Engineering and working to tight tolerances- Experience in the Precision Engineering industry is desirable- Experience working from engineering drawings- Able to quality check own parts- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines with a high level of quality standards achieved- Motivated and excellent team player The Package: CNC Milling Programmer- Starting rate up to £18 per hour dependent on experience- Afternoon shift - Monday to Thursday, 15:00-23:00 Friday 9:00-14:00 - Pension- 28 Days Holiday Interested To apply for this CNC Milling Programmer position, here are your two options:1.
