My client is a world leader in specialised electronic technologies and are looking for a Diagnostic Test Technician – Electronics based in Portchester, Hampshire, to join their growing engineering team.My client is a world leader in specialised electronic technologies and are looking for a Diagnostic Test Technician – Electronics based in Portchester, Hampshire, to join their growing engineering team. The Diagnostic Test Technician – Electronics based in Portchester will be working as part of the Test department, assessing, testing and fault-finding microelectronic circuits, ensuring all test work is performed correctly, to the correct standards and within a timely manner, mainly using Automatic Test Equipment. Specific Duties for The Diagnostic Test Technician – Electronics based in Portchester, Hampshire: Set up Automatic Test Equipment ATE stationTesting micro electronic circuits using Automatic Test Equipment to ensure the functionality and reliability of electronic componentsTesting and fault-finding on non-functioning printed circuit boards and electronic modules/components to identify issue and repair if appropriateWork independently to complete functional tests of micro electronic circuits to specificationMaintain Test Program and Burn-in database logEnsure test results are reported as required by internal and external standards Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for the Diagnostic Test Technician – Electronics based in Portchester, Hampshire: Ability to test, fault-find and repair efficiently and accuratelyExperience of testing and fault-finding electronic circuitsWorking knowledge of and experience of using test equipment Power supplies, Voltmeters, Oscilloscopes, function generatorsProficient in complex electrical wiring and electronics schematics To apply for this Diagnostic Test Technician – Electronics based in Portchester, Hampshire role please send your CV to XXXX@redlinegroup.Com or call Charlie on 01582 878 807 / 07961 158 782, if you have any specific questions about this role; otherwise we always welcome the opportunity to discuss other engineering jobs.
