Residents are supported to live as independently as possible and get involved in the local community. Skills and Qualifications Essential criteria: * Level 2 or 3 Qualifications relevant to health and social care or child care OR Willingness to complete relevant qualifications.* Car driver with access to own vehicle. Desirable criteria: * Level 3 (or above) qualification in Health and Social Care or Child Care* Level 2 (or above) qualifications in English and Maths.
