Main PurposeProvide specialist physiotherapy within the BIRT neurobehavioural model, supporting development across Neurobehavioural, Neurorestorative, and Well:being pathways. Act as a role model, liaising with professionals, families, and those supported. Key Responsibilities * Autonomously manage complex cases with senior support.* Conduct neurological assessments and create effective treatment plans.* Engage in multidisciplinary team discussions and adjust treatments as needed.* Ensure evidence:based practice and provide specialist advice.* Safely handle challenging behaviours and use relevant physiotherapeutic equipment.* Set and achieve multidisciplinary team goals.* Record treatment outcomes using standardized measures. About You * Degree in Physiotherapy, HCPC registered.* Skilled in complex neurophysiotherapy assessments.* Experience with neurological deficits, ABI, or related fields.* Committed to professional development and reflective practice.
