Job Advert: Principal Psychologist A GBP 6000 Welcome Bonus Location: South WalesSalary: A GBP 58,972 : A GBP 68,525 DOE(Salary review pending NHS 2024/25 AfC release)Hours: Flexible An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Principal Psychologist in neurorehabilitation to join our client, aiding individuals with acquired brain injury (ABI) in South Wales. The Role: Our client seeks a Principal Psychologist for their renowned service at Ty Aberdafen. Youll work with individuals coping with cognitive, physical, and emotional symptoms post:severe brain injury, promoting independence and participation in daily activities. Key Responsibilities: * Provide strategic leadership to the multi:disciplinary rehabilitation team.* Conduct specialist psychological assessments and develop evidence:based treatment plans.* Offer expert psychological advice for therapeutic interventions.* Perform risk assessments and manage risks for service users.* Participate in team meetings to enhance clinical services. About You: The ideal candidate will have: * A doctorate in clinical psychology (or equivalent), accredited by the BPS.* Strong skills in analyzing complex clinical information.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Exceptional organizational skills and experience in neurorehabilitation.
