LEGAL MANAGER, 8 + PQE, WEST MIDLANDS, GBP 61,860 : GBP 71, We are working in partnership with a public body, who are offering outstanding opportunities available across the UK for Criminal Solicitors with management experience. JOB REF: 6101 JOB TITLE: Legal Manager (Criminal Law)PQE: 8+LOCATION: West Midlands SALARY: GBP 61,860 : GBP 71,050 -This role will involve managing between 8 and 12 Criminal Solicitors. You will be responsible for mentoring, appraising staff, allocating workloads, and ensuring the smooth running of criminal prosecutions cases within the team. -You will help and guide the team with difficult legal issues as well as the day to day staff management responsibilities. -The ideal candidate will be a qualified Criminal Solicitor with extensive management experience and strong leadership skills. You will be adept in handling general staff and HR issues while demonstrating exceptional communication skills. -Whilst your background within Criminal law is important, a large focus for this role is on staff management.
