Currys seek an agile and tech:savvy in:house PR Manager, with experience working in a PR role (agency or in:house), ideally within a tech or retail setting. The successful candidate will be THE PR expert at Currys and successfully lead the relationship with our PR agency Key Role Responsibilities- Management of agency, in:house quarterly commercial process and creative and out of scope process- Stakeholder management, including Director:level liaison and briefing- Providing in:house expertise and direction- Ability to write/amend press releases and comments under time constraint pressure- Development and approval of strategy (long and short term) working closely with line manager and Head of- Management of scope including budget Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience- Confidence in speaking and presenting in big forums- Ability to influence senior stakeholders- Knowledge of other comms channels, especially social, advertising, CRM and content- Reputation management- Strong workload management : you'll be working in a fast:paced (but fun) environment, so will need the ability to react to last:min or reactive briefs, alongside planned activity We're one team and we celebrate all the great things you do.
