The successful candidate will assist with the general legal work of the team, particularly relating to public rights of way matters.Responsibilities Dealing with Public Rights of Way matters within the team particularly the submission of matters to the Planning inspectoratePreparation of electronic bundles of documents for Planning Inspectorate as per their checklistProviding support and assistance to Solicitors in the team.Retrieval of paper files, searching for documentation on paper and electronic files, scanningDrafting Orders and Notices Requirements Experience in Public Rights of Way is desirableExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environment Qualifications Paralegal certification or equivalent experience requiredBachelor's degree in Law or related field preferred How to ApplyIf you are a Paralegal with the relevant experience and looking for a challenging and rewarding role within a supportive team, please submit your CV to XXXX@servicecare.org.uk or call 0177XXXXXX for more information.
