Team Coordinator heat network and energy teamThe RoleAs team Co-ordinator you will play a key role supporting the running of the department and improving services across the contract.You will support key work in individual teams as well as providing proactive administrative and project support to the director and management team, ensuring the department is run effectively.InfoBased in London, N1 Nearest stations Kings Cross OR Angel. Site is less than 10 minutes walk from either stationMonday to Friday, 9am till 5pmPaying - Up to £22.00ph via umbrellaStarting - ASAPDuration – 3 months / Temp to PermNote – Hybrid working is available, this will be discussed at interview stage.Duties may include but are not limited to;Produce purchase orders and manage invoicing and payment processes, both manually and through the finance purchase order system.Provide team with or support team to provide data or business information reports as and when required.Provide cover and support for members of the team who are out of the office or on leave.To lead on specific projects or events and undertake any other duties necessary to support the work of the department, as directed.Recruitment is done in line with safe recruitment practices. 4RS is an equal opportunities employer.
