The Opportunity We firmly believe in building communities to share knowledge & experience, making this new partnership especially significant as it allows us to expand in the value we provide by leveraging ISMG's unmatched network & worldwide editorial presence to extend the audience reach of QG Media's specialized, content-driven events. That said, we are seeking a Delegate Acquisition Manager who will be dedicated to recruiting executives, speakers, & qualified attendees for QG Media's global events! In this role, you will take initiative to understand the target audience of QG Media's sponsors & engage in a variety of tactics to identify & attract qualified guests. Your strategy will be primarily focused on leveraging ISMG’s database of global contacts & supplementing with additional outbound prospecting & outreach efforts.If you are data-driven, collaborative, & passionate about accelerating your career in the events space while engaging with some of the smartest people in the cybersecurity industry, then we are looking forward to hearing from you! What you'll be doing Researching target markets & persona profiles to identify specific audience groups & expand our current database. Satisfying attendance goals for a portfolio of global events in various industries, converting prospects into event attendees. Identifying & attracting qualified attendees by working off a defined account list, conducting independent research, & networking with Senior Executives for referrals. Utilizing a variety of research strategies/tactics to identify net new, unsolicited contacts & meet a monthly goal of database additions. Connecting with C-Level & other Executive Leadership prospects through phone calls, Social Media/LinkedIn, & email campaigns for event registration. Creating & managing email invitations, tracking attendance confirmations, & limiting attrition through consistent communication with registrants throughout event life-cycles. Maintaining & nurturing a past attendee & prospect database using ISMG’s CRM tools. Engaging in post-event conversations to collect feedback from former attendees & gauge interest in possible future events. Analyzing event results & performance, showcasing key metrics for improvement. Monitoring industry trends & staying up-to-date on new marketing technologies & techniques. What you’ll bring for success A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Events, or related fields. 3+ years’ experience in Delegate Acquisition or related role(s) focused on audience development/attendance recruitment for B2B events. Demonstrated skills in business development and/or recruitment - ability to identify, attract, & successfully engage target prospects. Ability to concisely convey value proposition & alter messaging based on a prospect’s individual interests. Strong written & verbal communication skills. Excellent organization & time management skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with marketing automation programs (Marketo strongly preferred.) Experience with Salesforce is strongly preferred. Additional details Location: London area - on-site or hybrid based on place of residence Compensation: annual base salary between £40 -45K based on experience + performance-driven incentives Timeline: ASAP Powered by JazzHR
