Finance Administrators Wanted In CORBY Logistics People are looking for an Finance Administrators to join our team. Location : Corby Working Hours: * Monday : Friday Day Shifts Available Pay rate: A GBP 11.78 P/hr Position : Finance Administrators Logistics People are currently recruiting an Finance Administrators to join our team in Corby, based at our IForce site. As an Finance Administrators for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to: Maintaining colleague profiles database (System IDs, reporting lines etc)Fire register management and filingEnsuring timesheet queries are identified and corrected by managementActivity reporting preparation and distributionPreparation of weekly trended reporting by clientEnsure Activity Report files up to date with most recent clients budget, changing activities and formulas where requiredMonthly labour hours H and S stats reportingMaintaining the contractual working days/hours logReconciliation of working hours with timesheets and log aboveRecord errors in timesheet query logRecording of holiday and absence in T and A and timesheetsUpdate absence and overtime workbooks for payrollMaintain banked hours logWeekly direct labour calculations and cost allocationsUpdate agency joined up system dailyDistribute daily agency hours for reconciliation to all agenciesEnsure agency rate cards are up to date and are applied accuratelyLiaise with site management team to ensure missing shifts, incorrect hours, duplicate reportingand errors are agreed and corrected.Record errors in timesheet query logAgree agency invoicing figures and provide POsWeekly agency labour calculations and cost allocationsUpdate master agency worker tracker for operational analysisMaintain the payroll database (includes all contractual entitlements)Control of site paperwork CODs/RAFs/New Starters/Leavers/Maternity (Inc. filing)Uploading new starters to iTrentSupport with ensuring New Starter contracts are received and signedPayroll overtime and absence submissions, management of iTrentEnsure Maternity tracker is up to dateUpdate payroll query log and ensure follow up action is takenPrepare and distribute monthly payroll dashboardsBusiness partner GMs/HR to manage site payroll/reportingLiaising with HR on request from the management on payroll related mattersSupport the Finance Assistant and Management Accountants with,Ensuring that correct methods and control of purchasing are maintained and the best prices are sought and usage is monitoredControl and distribution of site stationary and other office consumablesPurchase orders and raised and disturbed following budget holder spend approvalEnsure that petty cash is controlled as outlined in company and finance policyAny other duties that may be reasonably requested by your line manager What are the benefits of working for Logistics People? * 24/7 on:site support* Career progression opportunities* Modern Facilities* Great Rates of Pay DONT BE SHY APPLY : SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION TODAY Click OR your CV To
