Residential Conveyancer 2+ PQE, Maternity Cover 12 months FTC, Nottinghamshire, GBP 35,000 : GBP 45,000 DOE. An excellent opportunity to join a renowned law firm based in Nottinghamshire and offer support during maternity leave. or to register your interest, Tatiana on 454 . Job Ref: 6091 OVERVIEW: - As a qualified solicitor with over 2 years PQE, you will be expected to pick up the existing caseload, ensure the smooth progression of files and take on new files as part of the maternity leave cover.- You will have considerable experience with wide range of general residential conveyancing matters such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re:mortgages, new:builds, and transfers of equity.- You will work alongside the Head of Department and other residential conveyancers, which will be on:hand to provide support.- Proven track record of handling own caseload from inception until completion is essential.- This role will be accompanied by experienced secretarial support.- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.- This position will offer locum work after the fixed:term assignment concludes.
