Are you an experienced Auditor looking for a new role with a driven, growing business? Do you want to progress and develop within you field and be supported and encouraged to do so? If so, get in touch I would love to speak with you The Role: To ensure that client accounts/audits and Tax Computations (and related administration work) for which she/he is responsible are produced/undertaken in a cost effective, efficient manner to the standard required by the firm. All work to be completed, relationships and behaviours upheld in line with Company Practice Code of Conduct and the Fundamental Principles of the Institutes Guide to Professional Ethics Responsibilities: Corporate Accounts : Preparation of limited company accounts utilising either manual records or software such as Xero , Quickbooks and Sage. : Identify and include correct disclosure requirements. : Request missing information and resolve queries directly with the client by phone or email. Update accounts to final stage following resolution of queries. Tax : Prepare tax computations and export to software. : Prepare Income Tax Returns requesting additional information where needed. Audit : Work on audits whether in the office or at clients premises. : Support junior staff on audit. : Leading stock takes and training Levels 1 and 2. Write:up of stock take notes. : Attend pre year:end meetings, contributing to discussions and note taker as requested. : Attend audit closure meeting contributing to discussions and note taker as requested. : Attend daily catch:ups with the client during fieldwork. Contributing to discussions as requested. : Review accounts prepared by Levels 1:3. Complete more complex areas of disclosure specific to medium/large companies. : Consolidated accounts preparation. : Take ownership of audit findings report and overall file.
