As an established leader in the field, our client has a proven track record of reliability and excellence, making them a trusted partner for businesses across various industries. **Responsibilities:** As an Internal Sales team member at our clients organization, your role will encompass a range of important tasks aimed at growing our client base and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Your responsibilities will include: : **Lead Generation:** Proactively generate leads and initiate cold calls to prospective customers. : **Pipeline Development:** Nurture leads and convert them into loyal customers through various channels, including phone calls and virtual meetings (Teams, etc.). : **Relationship Building:** Establish and cultivate relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty. : **Client Needs Assessment:** Understand the unique needs of clients and effectively respond with tailored solutions to meet and exceed their expectations. : **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of the companys services and be a knowledgeable resource for informing and advising others about these services. **Experience Required:** To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experiences: : A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, with a strong preference for experience within the Freight Forwarding sector. : Comprehensive experience in road, sea, and air freight sales. : Familiarity with the Baltics market is desirable.
