Position: Global WFM SpecialistCompany: Confidential ClientSalary Range: EUR 45-60KAbout Us:Our client, a leader in their industry, is seeking a talented and motivated Global WFM Specialist to join their People Digitalization team. This is a highly technical role focused on system administration, configuration changes, and resolving system issues related to the UKG Pro WFM system formerly known as UKG Kronos.Key Responsibilities:Optimize the UKG Pro WFM system and provide global user support through the ticketing tool.Drive the execution of global WFM projects.Administer, configure, and maintain the WFM application, ensuring its integration with HCM, labor planning, payroll systems, and other operational planning and reporting systems.Support global implementation and integration projects, ensuring stakeholder engagement and alignment with business and People Digitalization strategy.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into system functionalities and design solutions.Provide 3rd level functional support for WFM application performance and configuration issues, data errors, process flaws, and high-impact incidents through the internal ticketing system.Work with system vendors and external AMS providers for 4th level support.Deliver ongoing support to system users by providing training on new features, enhancements, and effective utilization of application functionalities.Manage existing application reports and create new reports, dashboards, and tables based on business requirements.Ensure system and data integrity by integrating system reports and alerts to verify data reliability, conducting system testing, identifying discrepancies, and establishing improvement plans.Perform routine activities such as WFM application upgrades and audits.Maintain documentation of application enhancements, including configuration requirements, functional and technical specifications.Align with Global IT to develop technical requirements and perform feasibility studies.Recommend process improvements and complete other duties and projects as requested by management.Qualifications:Proven experience as a system admin for UKG WFM Pro or in a similar technical role providing user support.Strong background in system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.Experience in implementing or supporting WFM systems in a consultancy or client-side role.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-impact incidents and outages.Strong communication skills and ability to deliver effective training to system users.Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and align project objectives with business strategies.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with HCM, labor planning, payroll systems, and other operational planning and reporting systems.Experience in managing application reports, dashboards, and ensuring data integrity.Knowledge of system integration and the ability to conduct system testing.What We Offer:Competitive salary within the range of EUR 45-60K.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.The chance to work on innovative and impactful projects.Flexible work arrangements.How to Apply:further details, apply today or send your CV to XXXX@corecruitment.com.Due to the volume of applications, we may not be able to provide feedback to all applicants.
