The Role: As a Sales Negotiator, you will spearhead property sales in the Alnwick area but also into the more rural, Northumberland locations. This is a growing company seeking a superstar to help contribute to that trajectory. Duties: Conduct property sales viewings. Book viewings and valuations. Collaborate effectively and efficiently with clients and colleagues. Maintain a customer-focused approach. Organise and plan sales activities Negotiate offers and spot sales opportunities. Requirements: Ideally have previous experience working in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel & Outlook. Have a positive, go-getting attitude. Be innovative and excel at problem solving Be extremely customer focused and deliver on promises to customers. Have a drive to succeed and be part of a continually growing team.
