Position: HR DirectorLocation: AmsterdamSalary: €90,000 - €92,000.About Us:A leading operational business in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Director to join their team. This is a highly confidential and private opportunity with a well-established company known for its excellent working environment and commitment to employee wellbeing.Job Overview:The HR Director will be responsible for leading and managing the HR function across two sites. This role requires a proactive leader who can engage effectively with the operations team and drive the people agenda. The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and work within a matrix organization.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of 8 HR professionals, including specialists in payroll, training and engagement, resourcing, and HR contracts.Manage and oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, and employee relations.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.Act as the main point of contact for union and workers council matters.Drive employee engagement and maintain strong communication with the operations team.Develop and implement HR strategies and plans to support the business objectives.Be visible and approachable, fostering a positive work environment.Conduct visa checks and manage all aspects of HR contracts.Handle all HR reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness.Qualifications:Proven experience in an HR leadership role, preferably within an operational business environment.Strong understanding of labor legislation and compliance requirements.Excellent communication and engagement skills.Ability to connect with and lead a diverse team.Proactive and able to develop and implement effective HR strategies.Experience managing union and workers council relations.Fluent in Dutch and English.What We Offer:Competitive salary range of €90,000 - €92,000.Monthly mobility allowance.€150 monthly expenses allowance.Comprehensive benefits package, including pension.€7,000 annual travel allowance.Opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment..How to Apply:further details, apply today or send your CV to XXXX@corecruitment.com.Due to the volume of applications, we may not be able to provide feedback to all applicants.
