We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join the Safeguarding Team.THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.About the teamThe safeguarding team works with vulnerable adults within the adult social services. The team supports those by assessing individuals needs and contributing to a care plan being created for their best interest.We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join the Safeguarding Team.THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.About the teamThe safeguarding team works with vulnerable adults within the adult social services. The team supports those by assessing individuals needs and contributing to a care plan being created for their best interest. The team will be expected to carry out section 42 enquires, review over cases and liaise with other services.About youA Social Work Degree/DipSW/CQSW within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with relevant legislation.
