Reception Supervisor, 12 months FTC – London – up to £38,000 Reception Supervisor FTC 12 months Location: London Salary: £38,000 COREcruitment is working a client based in Central London who are looking for a Reception Supervisor for a 12 months contractThe role of the Reception Supervisor is to effectively work alongside your fellow Supervisors and in support of the Reception Services Management Team to provide leadership and direction to all Welcome Hosts. You will be the first point of contact for all team members working on Reception. The Reception Supervisors are responsible for supporting the Reception Services Management Team to create and nurture a culture of excellence that delivers on the provision of a world class service for the company and supports our vision and values for the development of our people and business.Key Responsibilities: Manage Reception Services: Oversee the operation of Reception Services.Team Rota Management: Review the team rota to ensure consistent service and adequate coverage at all sites at all times.Resource Planning: Plan and organize resources to meet daily workload requirements effectively.Team Direction and Coaching: Provide daily direction and coaching to the Reception Services Team to ensure five-star service is delivered in accordance with Portico standards to all staff and visitors.Operational Support: Offer operational support to the team to maintain service levels during peak periods.Security Awareness: Ensure the teams are security-conscious, adhering to security procedures, and maintaining an effective working relationship with the Security Team.Delegation and Development: Delegate tasks to foster development and instil a sense of ownership and responsibility within the team, working collaboratively and building strong relationships.Project Participation: Participate in and/or lead projects as directed.If you are keen to discuss the details further, please contact Sophie Book at sophie@corecruitment.comCOREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.We currently have over 1350 live roles across the UK, Middle East, Europe, Africa, North & Central America and South East Asia.
