Role Description The Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Partner is responsible for internal talent acquisition activities across all offices in the EMEA region, departments and disciplines, working with Talent Acquisition Partners and HR in the management of our talent pipeline and recruitment requirements. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Partner will be supporting new hires at the beginning of their journey with Airswift to ensure the best onboarding experience. On occasions, you will also be working closely with HR Coordinators to support administration and daily delivery of HR services for EMEA including systems management, administration, support with onboarding and ad hoc projects. This role will suit you if you are at the beginning of your Talent Acquisition/Recruitment career and are ready for a new challenge. Principle Accountabilities: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screening interviews, assisting with assessing and ranking prospective talent and scheduling interviews. Coordinating and assisting with sourcing and evaluating talent for potential opportunities within an organisation. Assisting with developing job descriptions for advertising and posting adverts on internal sites and with external agencies. Coordinating participation in career fairs and building pipelines. Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and external job boards. Interviewing and screening candidates via Teams to evaluate qualifications, career aspirations and culture fit. Managing candidate relationships, ensuring they are well informed about the progress of assignments. Partnering closely with the HR Manager, TA Director and regional leads to anticipate future recruitment needs. Providing support in planning and strategising future workforce needs. Ensuring that recruitment activity follows necessary legislation, and industry best practice and that confidentiality is maintained as appropriate. Developing and maintaining inventories of target companies and prospective candidates. Managing respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged and interested in current or future opportunities. Conducting market research and benchmarking studies on peer group companies, their organisational structures and reward schemes. Supporting the further evaluation of candidates, including applying psychometric and other assessments. Ensuring candidates have proof of their right to work in the advertised location relevant to local regulations. Working closely with the HR team to ensure outstanding experience for new hires. Checking in with new hires at the beginning of the onboarding process. Proposing and implementing process improvements to the recruitment and onboarding processes. Assisting with HR administration tasks as and when required. Proactively working with the rest of the team to ensure smooth running of the department. Supporting the HR Manager in ensuring legal compliance of the HR and Recruitment practices by regularly reviewing and updating policies and procedures. Providing support to the HR Manager on projects and EMEA tasks. Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Strong time and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experienced in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment across international geographies and various functions. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build trust and relationships with key stakeholders. Confident in communicating and building relationships with senior stakeholders. A working knowledge of business HR and Recruitment practices. IT Literate, proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Experience or knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and psychometric testing would also be beneficial.
