Contract type: Full Time (37.5 hours per week) – Fixed Term (30/06/2026) Location: Surrey, Surrey International Study Centre Salary: up to £ 26,000 per annum JOB OVERVIEW To provide progression support and advice to students with the purpose of maximising student outcomes, achievement and satisfaction levels. ABOUT THE ROLE Support students to maximise their chances of automatically progressing to the degree course of their choice whilst ensuring the best possible student experience and achievement. Provide personal tutorage support cover to students throughout the semester. Gather student information from Personal Tutors on a weekly basis to establish ways of supporting students. Ensure that students are referred to appropriate Study Groups, Universities, or external services where appropriate and necessary. Communicate with non-progressed students as directed by the Head of Progression & Support. Support Student Experience & Transition Co-ordinator in organising events e.g. university activities, faculty fairs, transition events, guest lectures and workshops for student development. Support Student Experience and Transition Officer to formalise and organise Student Rep training, ensuring a bank of students is available as and when required Attend Student Forum meetings, ensuring accurate minutes are recorded and distributed to relevant Teams Support effective interaction with Alumni, facilitating the involvement of students. ABOUT YOU Level 4 Qualification (desirable) Experience and knowledge of providing academic and/or pastoral support to international/ ESL students.
