Jonathan Lee Recruitment is recruiting for 4 Fixed Head CNC Lathe Setter Operators for a leading manufacturing business in Redditch, Worcestershire. The hiring manager is looking for someone who has previous experience with fixed:head twin spindles and bar feeders. We have 2 vacancies working a permanent afternoon shift Monday to Friday, and the other 2 vacancies are working permanent night shifts Monday to Thursday. In return for your experience, this business will offer you a full:time permanent salary of A GBP 30,000 : A GBP 34,000 per annum. The CNC Lathe Setter Operator will be responsible for setting and operating the CNC machine. Youll ensure the machine is set up correctly, that the products that have been produced meet the required customer standards, and carry out basic machine maintenance when required. In this CNC Lathe Setter Operator role, you will be required to: * Plan the workload on the machines* Schedule maintenance for machines to ensure minimal downtime* Ensure all CNC machines have the programs loaded correctly* Conduct basic machine maintenance when required We are looking for a CNC Lathe Setter Operator with previous experience in a similar role and experience with Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and/or Doosan machines.
