HR Advisor (HR Generalist Role) Esholt, BD17 A GBP 33,000 : A GBP 40,000 per annum depending on experience Commutable from Leeds, Bradford, Yeadon Permanent Full:time role Hybrid Working Model (3 days from the office, 2 days from home) Hawk 3 Talent Solutions have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist People Advisor to join a team based at a Head Office in Esholt, West Yorkshire The Role As the People Advisor you will play a pivotal part in the People Team supporting the delivery of the 3:Year Strategy. You will have a solid knowledge of employment law as you will be responsible for providing comprehensive ER support to the managers across their 51 sites. You will be passionate about creating a Great Place to Work for all the teams across the business and will have an active involvement in our projects to drive our engagement levels. Training and Development is a key focus for the delivery of the Strategy, and you will have the opportunity to work closely with the wider People Team to create programmes that drive our success through our period of growth and beyond. The Person We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic People Advisor who is currently working in the capacity of a Generalist People/HR Advisor role and has experience of working within a busy People/HR team. You will have experience of working on multiple caseloads at any one time with a proven track record of providing sound resolution to ER cases. We are a business that is in a period of significant growth, through acquisitions. A knowledge of TUPE would be an advantage for this role; however, full training and support will be provided.
