This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive / Manager to join an established and successful company in Kettering. You will be a custodian of a global brand and help drive a growing and profitable business profile within B2C and B2B markets. This is a strategic position within a small but high performing team and as such we need an energetic driven individual to match. BASIC SALARY: A GBP 35,000 : A GBP 40,000 BENEFITS: Bonus LOCATION: Ketttering, Northamptonshire COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Corby, Northampton, Wellingborough, Market Harborough JOB DESCRIPTION: Digital Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Manager : FMCG The successful candidate will have previous generalist digital marketing experience, knowledge of the Adobe Suite or Canva, experience across digital campaigns, social media management and maintaining/managing a website using a CMS system (ideally WordPress). You will be the champion for the comprehensive performance marketing reporting tools suite, making sure all teams are working to one set of performance KPIs and inform future digital marketing strategies and campaigns to continually optimise digital marketing activity. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Digital Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Manager : FMCG A Manage social media across the UK and EU accountsA Build consistency and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.A Ensure website is always up to date with the latest product information and campaignsA Build landing pages to support marketing campaignsA Digital Reporting : prepare the monthly digital report using all platforms to support Senior ManagementA Provide customers with the right information and incentives : a reason to shop direct within the UK and EuropeA Own the paid media / digital performance marketing media plan and optimisation framework (PPC, Display, Social, Affiliates) and agency resource managementA Track and monitor marketing performance against the businesss overall goals and to support major national campaignsA Articulate the commercial impact of all performance marketing activities and demonstrate the breadth of work across the business that is delivering a fully optimised customer journey and to maximise ROIA Social Media Marketing : create targeted, dynamic campaigns using videography to build brand awareness and drive traffic to the website PERSON SPECIFICATION: Digital Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Manager : FMCG Experience, Skills and Attributes required: A Strong creative, writing, and editing skills, with a keen eye for detailA Creative mindset and ability to collaborate on tasks, communicating effectivelyA Analytical skills : fluent in key reporting tools specifically GA4, Adobe Analytics, META Ads Manager etcA Well:organised, proactive, and adaptive to varying workloads and tight deadlinesA Ability to work independently and as part of a teamA Passion for staying up to date with developments in web technology and social mediaA Experience of managing and/or editing website content using WordPressA Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and Adobe productsA Sound knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages THE COMPANY: We are a very successful privately owned business that prides itself in delivering world class branded products.
