HVAC Maintenance Engineer : SloughLocation:Slough, Stockley Park, BerkshireSalary: GBP 45,000. Overtime totals to GBP 60,000Hours :Days Monday to Friday We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer with a HVAC bias, to provide and maintain a high level of building maintenance support to our Data Centre clients across Berkshire. You will be part of a team of multi:skilled technical support staff that ensure that the service provided meets the contractual requirements and complies with all relevant regulations and laws. Your role will see you looking after a Portoflio of Data Centres across Slough, Stockley Park and Heathrow, carrying out a mixture of PPM and reactive maintenance. This position would suit somebody from an air conditioning or ventilation background, looking for a static role with training and development opportunities. Package: : Recharge Fridays (every second Friday off, if overtime is completed) : 25 days holiday per annum : Company pension scheme; 7 company contribution, 1 employee contribution : Door to Door Travel : Monday to Friday 8am : 5pm. Friday 4pm finish : Van and Fuel card (Which can all be used for Personal Use) : Salarypaying up to GBP 45,000 with OT : GBP 50,000 : GBP 60,000 : First class Training : Excellent People Culture : Career Progression opportunities : Overtime Duties: : PPM and Reactive maintenance : Air conditioning and refrigeration : Service/maintenance : Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAVs and VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plants. : Extensive building services knowledge : Carry out surveys and complete reports as required by management : Diagnosing and fault finding in HVAC systems across an array of energy sources Requirements: : NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds Equivalent (minimum) Air:conditioning and refrigeration : Commercial experience in Building Services or FM Background : Experience with VRVs, VRFs, chillers, Air handling units : An understanding of "conditions" e.g. humidity/temp/light/ : F Gas2079/2089qualified : Air conditioning and refrigeration knowledge : Flexible with a positive attitude and approach
