Care Assistants Location: London, N20 0EH Salary: A GBP 13.15 per hour Our clients Care Home is a registered charity based in Whetstone North London N20. They are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated people to fill the Care Assistant posts. The Role * To provide care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the Team Leader.* To support and enable residents to maintain skills and personal interests while delivering person:centred care unique to each individual.* To maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as required, from time:to:time, to maintain and progress knowledge. Skills and Qualifications * Have experience of working in a care environment.* Be passionate about working hard and achieving great results.* Take pride in always maintaining high standards of care, health and safety.* Be able to use own initiative.* Be an effective time manager.* Have great communication skills.
