Job Title: IT Business Analyst Reporting to: Enterprise Application Manager Duration : 6 month Contract Location: Clevedon. Remote work candidates to be considered Physical Requirements: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px::Drivers Licence:Passport Competence and Qualifications :IT related degree, HND or BTEC qualification:Proven experience working in the complete software development lifecycle (Analysis : Design : Build : Test : Deployment):Deep understanding of requirements engineering process ranging from elicitation, analysis, validation and management of functional / non:functional requirements:Process modelling against the BPMN 2.0 standard:Understanding of business analysis methodologies:Experience / Knowledge with MS Office / Visio / SharePoint:Desired : Business Analysis certification (BCS ISEB) Skills and Attributes: stylemargin:bottom:11.0px::Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.:Experience working in a team:oriented, collaborative environment.:Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem:solving skills.:Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.:Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail. Key Duties: To assist in the development of Hydro processes and systems by providing quality business analysis skills ranging from As:Is/To:Be Design, requirements engineering, supporting the design process and managing internal/user acceptance testing: :Manage stakeholders from director level to divisional administration staff.:Facilitate and organise requirements capture workshops or utilise other techniques (job shadowing, meetings, surveys) to elicit requirements from the business.:Capture and model business processes (As:Is/To:Be analysis).:Build detailed gap analysis against the current state and the desired state.:Assist in the design and development of software solutions that meet the stated business requirements.:Work closely with the testing team to manage the testing process and produce test management reports for stakeholders .:Extensive practical knowledge in data migration processes (Extract, Transform, Load).:To project manage small / medium sized projects where required.:Identify areas of improvement in projects and programmes to increase quality.:To perform duties in accordance with all relevant legislation in particular the Health and Safety at Work Act.: requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 as appropriate within the areas of responsibility. :Other duties which the company may reasonably require the individual to undertake.What Hydro International Offers You : A culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion : Highly competitive salary package : Comprehensive secondary benefits : Significant contribution to your pension plan : Excellent opportunities to develop and progress with a global organization Connect your future to CRH We are curious to learn more about you.
