Service Care Solutions are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses RMNs to join our Agency team and support the NHS in Wakefield, Barnsley, and Halifax.Key Responsibilities: Clinical Excellence: Deliver high-quality mental health nursing care to individuals in various settings, including hospitals, community care, and other healthcare facilities.Service Care Solutions are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses RMNs to join our Agency team and support the NHS in Wakefield, Barnsley, and Halifax.Key Responsibilities: Clinical Excellence: Deliver high-quality mental health nursing care to individuals in various settings, including hospitals, community care, and other healthcare facilities.Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.Adhoc Availability: Respond to staffing needs on a flexible basis, accepting shifts as per your availability. This offers you the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to legal and ethical standards. Provide clear and concise reports on patient progress as required.Continuous Professional Development: Stay informed about advancements in mental health nursing, attending relevant training sessions and contributing to your professional growth. Requirements: Valid NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.Experience in a mental health setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
