The opportunity - Full time,...Conveyancing Fee Earner REF: 57441 My established, forward-thinking client is seeking an experienced conveyancer to join their growing team. The opportunity - Full time, permanent position. - Hybrid working model - Clear progression routes - Salary £30,000 to £42,000 - Bonus structure You will confidently be able to manage a busy caseload taking on around 30 new files each month. Consisting of sales and purchase transactions of residential properties from initiation to completion. This includes managing leasehold and freehold properties, new builds, and remortgages. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate would be somebody that has at least 3 solid years managing a busy caseload of circa 70-90 files and be a qualified solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive. Alongside experience you should have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively to contribute positively to department targets. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to be a part of a structured property team and be a part of an award winning firm who are highly reputable across the North West.
