Your attention to detail will be essential in identifying discrepancies and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments to ensure invoice approvals and payment processes run efficiently.Responsibilities: Process and review invoices for accuracy and completenessVerify and reconcile vendor accountsPrepare and track payment requestsAssist with month-end closing proceduresCommunicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepanciesMaintain documentation and filing systemsAssist with ad hoc finance projects as necessary Requirements: 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related fieldProficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting softwareStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesKnowledge of basic accounting principles and practicesAbility to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environmentExperience working in Construction / Engineering Industry would be beneficial Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visas or sponsorship's already in place.
