As a Career Advisor, you will play a crucial role in guiding an individual on a 1:1 basis, towards successful career paths and helping them achieve their professional goals. Your expertise and guidance will empower individuals to make informed decisions about their careers.Essential Responsibilities For This Role: Assess the pupils skills, interests, and goals to help them identify suitable career optionsStay updated on current job market trends and industry developmentsCollaborate with educational institutions, employers, and community organizations to provide resources and opportunities for clientsMaintain accurate records of pupils interactions and progressYou will be required to spend 1hr a week online direct with the student, and 1hr planning. Skills and Experience: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clientsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenEmpathetic and patient approach when working with individuals from diverse backgroundsKnowledge of career development theories and practicesFamiliarity with job search strategies, resume writing techniques, and interview preparationAbility to assess individuals' skills, interests, and goals to provide personalized career guidanceExperience working with SEN pupils - essentialPrevious experience supporting students selecting their KS5 options in a balanced way and able to support the pupil in these choices with their end goals Requirements: Gatsby Benchmarks qualificationPrevious experience working as a career advisorExperience working remoteExperience working with secondary SEN pupilsA willingness to go above and beyond to help studentsRight to work in the UK Benefits for joining Integra Education: Hourly rate of up to £40 per hourWeekly or monthly pay - your choiceNo DBS No problem, we can help with the application progressDirect number to your consultant, who is always happy to help If you are interested in this role, please get in touch by either calling 01925 594 203 or emailing
