Do you have at least two years experience working as a legal secretary in a conveyancing department My client is seeking an experienced legal secretary/assistant...Do you have at least two years experience working as a legal secretary in a conveyancing department My client is seeking an experienced legal secretary/assistant to join their well-established firm located on the Wirral. The role - Full time, permanent office-based position. - £22,000 to £26,000 salary for the right candidate. Your main responsibilities within the role will include assisting a fee earner with a varied caseload of residential matters predominately consisting of sale and purchase, freehold and leasehold, alongside secretarial duties. The candidate It is essential that you hold at least two years conveyancing experience and knowledge and have a clear understating of the conveyancing process from start to finish. You must be extremely organised and be competent using the computer and boast sharp typing skills in a timely and sufficient manner. You must be able to work to your own initiative and go in and hit the ground running.
