The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of fee-earning experience, qualified or unqualified. Upon joining, you'll be entrusted with a caseload of 40 files consisting of sale, purchase, freehold, leasehold, and remortgage transactions, with gradual expansion expected to approximately 80 files with support. Embracing a culture of flexibility, my client offers working from home arrangements once settled into the role, allowing you to balance your personal and professional commitments. The financial package includes a competitive salary of up to £42,000, and a bonus structure, alongside other great benefits.
