Oil and Gas, drilling, downhole, assembly, test, production, manufacturing, mechanicalMechanical Manufacturing Technician required to assemble and test Oil and Gas downhole drilling equipment to the highest quality conforming to design specifications. This is an onshore position joining an existing precision production department. RequirementsVocational qualification in an engineering discipline ONC, HNC, HND or time served apprenticeship.Mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment.Able to interpret precision Engineering Drawings then prevent and solve problems in assembly.Electrical sensor test equipment exposure.Produce work at a continuous very high standard. ResponsibilitiesMechanical assembly and testing of complex Electro mechanical downhole drilling equipment.Testing of Electrical AssembliesQuality Control QC and Quality Assurance QA activities.Factory Acceptance Testing
