This is set to be high volume and therefore we need to see this in your experience – circa £10million. You will be part of the project and openings team – through with training and development and open to mentorship from a solid Operations Director. A multifaceted role with Lounge, bar, Rooftop and Events – this all needs to be in your locker. This role is an opportunity for creative decision-makers who are eager to unleash their entrepreneurial flair while upholding the restaurant's core values.
