Showcase your communication and people skills in a role where you'll be providing the highest levels of customer service and no two days will be the same Be part of a well-established organisation within a friendly and supportive team where you will receive a competitive salary and holiday pay too In the Customer Calls Advisor job, you will be: Dealing with customer telephone enquiries and follow ups in relation to housing, rent and repairs Providing support and guidance to customers via the telephone, e-mail, letter or on-line Contacting tenants to update information held on the system and undertaking welfare checks to see if assistance is needed in any way Updating system information/records and any other admin duties as required To be considered for the Customer Calls Advisor job must have:Extensive experience of working in a customer focused environment Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalGood IT and keyboard skills with experience of using Windows based applications Ability to speak Welsh due to the nature of the business advantageThis is a temporary, full time 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a week by week basis however is likely to last 6 months. The hourly rate is £14.21 per hour plus holiday pay.
