HEAD PASTRY CHEF – HOSPITALIY GROUP, BAHRAINLove working with this well-established Hospitality Group who have great expansion plans in region and in KSAWe are currently looking for a Head Pastry Chef for the group which will involves creating beautiful pastries, desserts, cakes and high-end retail items for their outletsYou will be a strong and charismatic Pastry Chef with the following skills, experience and attributes:Experience/QualificationsTalented and experienced Head Pastry Chef with experience in bespoke Patisseries / luxury 5 hotels or premium retail outletsUsing the finest ingredients, must be able to create beautiful piecesUp-to-date with current trends but also able to recreate the traditional favouritesAble to design and cost pastry & dessert menus and itemsA real mentor to his / her team and with a passion to train a large & divers teamSalary package Offered: BD3000 pm slightly negotiable for the right Chef plus depend visa, flights and medicalGet in touch: XXXX@corecruitment.com
