You will be responsible for daily production requirements in terms of quality and quantity Key skillsDiverse assembly processes experienceTraining other operatorsGood understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure cost of poor qualityConsiderable previous manufacturing and assembly experienceExperience of working with subassembliesExperience of working to production targetsUnderstanding of lean manufacturing and 5S Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain processUnderstanding of production costs to include waste, downtime, scrap and rework.
