Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Contract Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the Peterborough area. This role involves carrying out both electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.Key Responsibilities: Planned Preventive Maintenance PPM: Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent equipment failure.Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Contract Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the Peterborough area. This role involves carrying out both electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.Key Responsibilities: Planned Preventive Maintenance PPM: Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent equipment failure.Breakdown Response: Attend and resolve breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.Electrical Maintenance: Diagnose and repair electrical faults in machinery and infrastructure.Mechanical Maintenance: Address mechanical issues and perform repairs on various equipment.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. Requirements: Proven experience in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.Ability to work effectively on both day and night shifts.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures. Contract Details: Rate: £34 per hour Inside IR35, via Umbrella company.Shifts: Flexible working hours including days and nights.Location: Based in the Peterborough area.
