Neighbourhood Assistant Glamorgan, South Wales Temporary Full Time We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable Neighbourhood Assistant to join a team based in Glamorgan on a full time, temporary basis.Neighbourhood Assistant Glamorgan, South Wales Temporary Full Time We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable Neighbourhood Assistant to join a team based in Glamorgan on a full time, temporary basis. The main purposes will be to provide a focused and responsive estate-based housing management service, and to deal with the low level estate management problems in a timely manner. The Neighbourhood Assistant will provide assistance to the Neighbourhood Manager, carrying out home visits, fire risk assessment and all levels of estate management including anti social behaviour. Role Expectations To deliver a customer focused housing management service to the communitySupporting tenants through partnership working, and early intervention to successfully manage their tenanciesCarry out property and estate inspections and resolve any issues identifiedAssisting and communicating with the Neighbourhood ManagerEnsure tenants properties and estates comply with legislation and agreed standardsWork alongside the community to develop community-based solutionsServe relevant legal notices in accordance with policies and proceduresAchieve key performance targets and support the Neighbourhood Manager in attaining theseAdhere to Health and Safety legislation and relevant Council policies, as well as taking reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and othersAdhere to the Council’s Environment Policy while carrying out duties If you are interested in this position and meet the above criteria, please send your CV now for consideration.
