The role will be to work within the Children and Families Service on a fixed-term for three months, with the possibility of extension at the end of the term.Job ResponsibilitiesAfghan Speaking Resettlement & Migration Officer Early Help and Children's Families Service Provide advice and support to help residents settle and integrate into the communityEnsure that residents have access to employment, education, and leisure activitiesConsider safeguarding needs and make referrals to statutory agencies where necessaryUndertake home visits to ascertain how the resident is integrating into their new life in the UK and offer assistance if required Job Requirements Afghan speaking language skills Farsi, Dari & Pashto are essentialExperience in a similar roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to carry out duties in many different environments within the communityClean Enhanced DBS How to ApplyShould you wish to apply for the above position please submit your CV via email to XXXX@servicecare.org.uk or call the office on 01772 208 964.
