Since their establishment back in the 1920’s, they have become a house-hold name in their industry and supply key products to a number of high-profile OEMs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Maintenance Engineer to join a world-class organisation that is dedicated to delivering innovative, sustainable and emissions reducing products to their impressive customer base. Based in Bradford, just a few minutes from the M606 and M62 motorways, the successful Maintenance Engineer will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns & cities including Leeds, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Halifax, Oldham, Pontefract, Barnsley and Castleford. Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer will include: Responding to Machinery breakdowns in a timely manner to minimise production downtime where possibleCarrying out fault finding, diagnostic and rectification on a range of CNC equipment, including Lathes, Grinders, Balancing Machines, as well as automated equipment such as roboticsCarrying out PLC & control system diagnosis using Siemens S7 & TIAConducting routine servicing and inspections on all machinery in line with the PPM and TPMActively participating in investment projects new machine installation & commissioning, machinery upgrades etc. and continuous improvement events Working Hours of the Maintenance Engineer:37.5 On average, spread across a 3 weekly rotating shift pattern, details of each working week & day are detailed below: Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday – 6AM to 6PMWeek 2: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday – 6PM to 6AMWeek 3: Monday & Tuesday – 6AM to 6PM and Thursday & Friday – 6PM to 6AM In return, the Maintenance Engineer will receive: Renumeration: £44,450.00 £35,000.00 base salary + 27 shift allowance6 Annual Bonus - £2,100.00Holiday Entitlement: 33 Days – rising to 38 days with continued service6 Employer Pension ContributionVarious medical and wellbeing perks, such as private family healthcare, onsite subsidised canteen, access the on-site gym as well as virtual/online classes, employee assistance programme, access to counselling & mental health support, access to GP 24/7 and up to 6 months full sick-pay To apply for the Maintenance Engineer position, please click “Apply Now” and attach a copy of your CV.
